Cancellation -
Policy regarding reservation cancellation
A guest who cancels his reservation one week from the date of making the reservation will be charged a 100 NIS cancellation fee. In the event that he cancels his reservation 7 days before his expected arrival date, he will be charged 50% of the reservation value.
A cancellation made within 7 working days before the expected arrival date will incur charges of 50% of the value of the reservation.
Guests may make one change to their reservation in a period of three months, on the condition that the change is not made within three days of the expected arrival date.
Reservations Cancellation Policy for Holidays (Jewish, Christian and Muslim), August and cultural events.
A guest who cancels his reservation up to 14 days before the expected arrival date will be charged a 100 NIS cancellation fee.
In the event that he cancels his reservation 7-14 working days before his expected arrival date, he will be charged 25% of the entire reservation value.
A cancellation made within 7 working days before the expected arrival date will incur charges of 50% of the entire reservation value.
Guests may make one change to their reservation in a period of three months, on the condition that the change is not made within three days of the expected arrival date.
* In the event that the guest cancels his reservation after making a change in the reservation, he will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the original reservation.

Children older than 2 year are considered adult for room occupancy. Children no older than 2 year can stay for free.
